Graphic O'Plérou Grebet is best known for designing more than 300 free emojis that portray African cultures. His multiplatform project, Zouzoukwa, will create content around African emojis and curate a database of free cultural information.

Mamak’hanakisi is the first traditional cookbook in Lesotho. It blends digital art, photography and untold food experiences behind recipes of Basotho. 

Besides challenging the belief “Africa is hungry”, the book also suggests that cultural food is centred around preservation and which creates a sustainable relationship with land. The recipes were curated on travels around rural Lesotho, and told by the people the artist meets along her journey to connect with her country through food.
