Thomson Foundation - African stories: A guide for journalists on how to tell better stories about Africa.

More than 300 journalists from across Africa gave their careers a boost by completing the African stories: A guide for journalists on how to tell better stories about Africa course. The free digital course by Thomson Foundation in partnership with Africa No Filter and bird news agency, aims to encourage more inclusive storytelling reflecting underrepresented voices in African media and engage new and younger audiences. 

87% of participants said the course improved their storytelling skills and exposed them to ideas and approaches to producing fresh and compelling stories about Africa.
