Youth At The Table

Africa’s youth are the continent’s biggest demographic and asset, but their voices are represented at the highest decision-making tables. Youth At The Table Ghana is changing the narrative through mentorship conferences that amplify, mentor and inspire young people to participate in the country’s and the world’s development agenda. The inaugural 2021 conference brought together 130 university-aged delegates from across Ghana for a one-day conference themed Designing a Globally Impactful Career.

Participants engaged with various industry leaders and learned about current global career trends, paths and opportunities. The event was viewed by more than 50 000 people online.
