Bryan Emry lives and works in Nairobi. He is a budding photographer stylist who works with celebrities and fashion brands to produce content, adverts and series. His $2000 grant will produce a documentary that follows some ballet dancers in Nairobi.

“I will be able to show that ballet is for everyone, no matter who you are or where you are from, he said, adding that he also wants to show that "sheer passion and dedication" have their reward for artists.

"Africa is filled with so much life and vibrance. The grant will help me push myself out of my comfort zone and tell African stories as they need to be told because we have the potential to produce amazing work."
