Carol Ndosi is a Tanzanian entrepreneur and development practitioner with a media and creative economy background. A 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow and 2018 Chevening Alumni, she is also the co-founder of a digital solution for farmers (KilimoUza), a Global Goals champion with the UN Tanzania and Global Goals Goalkeeper with the Gates Foundation. She’s on the board of Her Initiative and the Africa Youth Leadership Advisory Board of the African Leadership Institute. She co-founded and manages The Launchpad Tanzania, which works at the intersection of sustainable development and human capital development through education, gender equality, decent work and economic growth, digital economy and digital inclusion. She’s passionate about sustainable development, the creative and cultural economy, the future of work and digital creative storytelling for women and changing the African narrative. She has an MA in Global Development and Africa.
