Thoko Moyo is a leadership and communications expert. She is a proud African and her early research and ideas about how to shift harmful narratives about Africa, while working at the Ford Foundation in New York, are what led to the creation of Africa No Filter.  Thoko has advised C-suite executives including some of the highest profile and influential individuals in Africa, the US and Europe.  

Her advisory and corporate governance experience includes serving on the Boards of both listed and private companies and as a trustee of not-for-profit organizations. Thoko has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from Harvard University and the University of Zimbabwe. She is a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
