Victor Mark-Onyegbu is grants manager at Africa No Filter. Before joining ANF, he was program manager at the British Council, where he also worked as an arts manager responsible for delivering on the organization’s creative economy offers in Nigeria, West Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Victor has held senior positions at the Nigerian Arts Council, supporting the delivery of national festivals and expos and coordinating the Council’s international engagements with cultural agencies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Biochemistry, a masters degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy and certifications in policy analysis, strategic management and program management. Victor brings with him a wealth of corporate and program management experience which he will bring to bear in overseeing Africa No Filter’s grant management operations.
