Cameroonian filmmaker and actress Stella Tchuisse uses cinema to tell impactful African stories for Africa and the world. Her photo series, called ‘Elle Aussi, She Too’, will feature prominent female politicians as part of her mission of using the arts to inspire girls.

The piece is a reproduction of pictures of 10 African and Cameroonian women of great and important achievements.  The women profiled represent several professional practices including literature, film and media, health, music, law , sports, business management, girls education, climate change and environment.   

It shows that African women have been and are still active and influential leaders working for the development of Africa. It’s intended to serve as inspiration to young girls so that they can see the great things achieved by these women and aspire to do same.
