Dylan Habil – Mizizi

Dylan Habi is an award-winning Kenyan filmmaker, producer and media strategist. His animated docu-series Mizizi is a contemporary take on African folktales.

African folk tales and legend stories take centre stage in Mizizi, an animated anthology series spanning through several time periods. It explores the misrepresentation of Africa through stories of the continent’s history,  traditions, mores, world-view and wisdom.
