Demi Banwo – Nigeria

Demi Banwo is a dynamic actor and producer whose work bridges TV, stage, film, and musical theatre. He trained at The Arts Educational Schools London (ArtsEd), earning a Master’s degree in Acting in 2016. On screen, Demi’s range includes roles in EbonyLife Films’ Chief Daddy, Abba Makama’s The Lost Okoroshi, and the M-Net telenovela Riona. His international acclaim grew with his role in the BBC-commissioned short film Lizard, which won the Grand Jury Prize for Best Short Film at Sundance 2021 and earned a BAFTA nomination.
